Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Resilience Body Arts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services. For certain piercings, we accept clients 16+ with parental consent and presence. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all services.

Appointments and Cancellations

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Health and Safety

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

• Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Individuals with certain skin conditions or infections
• Pregnant individuals (for certain services)
• Individuals with certain medical conditions

Aftercare

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by our staff. Failure to follow proper aftercare may result in complications for which we cannot be held responsible.

Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Resilience Body Arts and the respective artist. We reserve the right to photograph our work and use these images for promotional purposes, portfolios, and social media, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Resilience Body Arts and its artists are not liable for any complications, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the appearance of your tattoo or piercing if it was performed according to your specifications and using proper techniques.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
